Policy on the processing of personal data
NIKI respects and protects your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, Greek legislation, and our internal Data Protection Policy.
You are not required to provide personal data when visiting our website.
If you choose to contact us or submit an application, we process the information you provide only for the purpose for which you submitted it, such as responding to your request or evaluating a potential collaboration/employment.
In the context of recruitment, automated tools may be used to support the identification or assessment of suitable candidates based on role-related criteria. Such tools are used only to assist the process, and any final decision regarding selection, rejection, or hiring is made by authorized NIKI personnel.
Processing is always carried out on a lawful basis (e.g., consent, contract performance, legal obligation, or legitimate interest).
We store personal data only for as long as necessary. The responsible data protection department sets deadlines for deletion, anonymization, or periodic review.
We may transfer data to partners or to countries outside the EU only when adequate protection is ensured, as required by our internal policy and the GDPR.
