At NIKI, we rely on an Integrated Management System (IMS) for our certifications, which focuses on clear structures, transparency, continuous improvement, and sustainability in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety and information security.
The ISO 9001 quality management standard is a globally valid seal of quality. The certificate documents high quality in all audited processes. Our aim is to increase the transparency of operational processes, identify possible sources of error and thus further improve customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 defines the requirements for the quality management system. All measures implemented improve our product and service quality and aim to meet our customers’ requirements even better. The regular review of the ISO 9001 certificate confirms the sustainably assured quality and the realised optimisations.
We’ve introduced an environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001. This means that we have committed ourselves to handling the resources we use responsibly. Since then, the system has been an integral part of our everyday business. With the EMS, we systematically record environmental impacts and continuously reduce environmental pollution. The measures relate to savings in energy (electricity and heat), paper and water consumption as well as emissions. Furthermore, we enable the consistent return of recyclable materials to the economic cycle. The basic idea of the EMS – careful and responsible use of resources – applies to the entire NIKI. Our employees are continuously sensitised to the concerns of environmental protection.
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The core of an ISMS is formed by confidentiality, integrity and availability – in everyday life decisive factors for the use of IT in critical company processes. At NIKI, we prove after successfully completing information security management audits that we have a functioning system around the security of information.
