The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a matter of major importance for NIKI.

 

We hereby inform you about our company's policy regarding the processing of personal data.

 

No personal data is required when visiting our website. Personal data (e.g. name, telephone, address or e-mail etc.) is only voluntarily provided by the interested person, when requesting for cooperation or sending a curriculum vitae.

 

We collect and process personal data for the purposes of your request and to the extent that it is necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Law and the European Law and as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Directive (EU) 2016/680.

 

The processing of personal data refers to the collection or the storage or the correlation or the deletion or the destruction of these data. The collection of personal data is always done by the Data Protection Officer. The collection of personal data by third parties is admissible only if it is necessary to fulfill the intended purpose and after the interested person has given his / her consent.

 

Personal data is stored for the time necessary to process the requests for which it was collected. The Personal Data Protection Department sets deadlines for their deletion or their periodical review.

 

You have the right at any time to request access to the personal data you provided to us or to obtain copies of the processed data. You also have the right to correct or to fill in incomplete personal data, or to request the deletion or discontinuation of processing.
